Try this Microsoft hotfix: I had this problem on a ML350e Gen8 (B120i controller) and could reproduce that it indeed was caused by the KB2919355 update (clean install from DVD with 62.10.0.64 driver worked fine, then KB2919355 + prerequisites resulted in a failure to boot). I booted the recovery console and added the truncatememory bcd parameter (see 'workaround 2' on that hotfix page) to get the server to boot again, then I removed that bcd entry and installed the hotfix.
