Does anyone know of anyone who has successfully installed this scanner on WIndows 7 64-bit?

Hi, If you have not find any solution, here is the answer. The driver works perfectly for Vista and Windows 7 64 bit. Unfortunately, Megaupload, the site that saves the files is out of business.
